What is an Open Proposal?

The Open Proposal grant allows developers and teams to suggest their own innovative projects that could benefit the Cere ecosystem. While Cere provides specific RFPs (Request for Proposals) for targeted development needs, the Open Proposal track welcomes creative solutions that align with Cere's mission of making decentralized data tools accessible to everyone.
