Setting up the public details of a Proposal

To set up a proposal in Polkassembly, you need to follow these steps:

1. Initiate the proposal following the guide in How to Initiate a Cere Governance Proposal? from the Cere Explorer.
2. Once the proposal is live it will appear automatically in https://cere.polkassembly.io/
3. Log in into https://cere.polkassembly.io/ by using exactly the same wallet that was used to submit the proposal in step (1).
4. Click on the proposal you want to edit and click on Edit Details
5. Enter the details of your proposal, including the title, description, and tags.
6. Click Submit
7. Add the details of the referenda in the ‣ if it applies.

When does a Proposal get converted into a Referenda?

Once every launch period (24h) the referenda that has been seconded the most will be upgraded into a Referenda.

How to second a Proposal

Each Launch Period (24h) the proposal that has been seconded the most, will be Tabled and moved to the Referenda state. In order to second a proposal do the following steps:
